Low Sugar Keto Parfait in less than 5 minutes!

Seriously, it's so delicious you wouldn't think that it's keto! I now use it as an ice cream replacement.

If you've tried the keto diet, then you are well aware that there are moments when you just can't stop craving carbs or sweets. While spiraling through Amazon Fresh, I came across a keto yogurt brand named: Ratio Keto. I tried their vanilla flavor and was instantly hooked! The yogurt itself is thick and smooth, it instantly reminded me of soft serve. Of course, I had to place another order. This time I also purchased everyday pantry items that would enhance the overall flavor and texture. Check out the recipe below. Enjoy!


Keto Dessert Yogurt


Ingredients


Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 container of Ratio Keto (vanilla). You can choose another flavor of your liking, but I liked the idea of vanilla "ice cream."

  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey, date syrup, or sugar free syrup

  • ¼ cup NuTrail Granola (choose your favorite flavor option, I've used Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Birthday Cake)

  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)


Directions



  1. In a cup or bowl of your choice add 1-2 cups of Keto Yogurt

  2. Drizzle honey, date syrup, or sugar free syrup on top (You can choose to mix this into the yogurt or leave as a drizzle. I like to mix to incorporate all the flavors.)

  3. Add in your cinnamon if you're using it.

  4. Top it off with your NuTrail Granola

  5. Eat as is or give it a good stir. Enjoy
