Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple
Tajin seasoning (to taste)
Lime wedges or organic lime juice (optional)
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Mixing spoon
Mixing bowl
Sharp Knife
Instructions:
Start by cutting the pineapple in half lengthwise.
(I personally cut mine widthwise and keep the core. Cut yours as desired :-).)
Remove the core (if applicable) and slice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
(I cut my rounds into 4-6 pieces each. I prefer my pieces to be chunky.)
Place the pineapple pieces in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle Tajin seasoning over the pineapple to your desired taste and add the lime juice.
(1/2 cup of lime juice is more than enough for 1 full pineapple.)
If desired, serve with lime wedges for an extra zing and add a pinch of cayenne to spice things up.
